I mean, all explanations for religions are kind of crazy, even if it's your own: write it down and try to see it from an outsider's point of view. However, there's got to be a limit, and I propose alien gods and Romans fighting Native Americans be that limit. Double if they're racist to boot. Are there black people in Utah?

Are there black people in Utah? Sure, just not as many blacks as Latinos or Asian. I think that's true of a lot of the Western United States, though.

This particular video id inaccurate, but Mormon theology aside from Scientology is completely flawed and contradictory of itself and all other forms of Christianity. Hi I'm a mormon too. This video is completley RIDICULOUS!!!!! If you really want to learn about mormons you need to go to our church. Who ever made this video needs to get their stuff strait because this video if full of lies. Maybe if you watched a movie that wasn't by a church that just wants to hate on the mormons you might see that we are not crazy people. We just have standards. So I hope that everyone who watches this video doesn't believe it because its just rediculous and full of lies.

This isn't entirely true. Mormons say Joseph Smith did more for the church SAVE Jesus Christ. They never say more than Jesus. He did more than any one EXCEPT Jesus.

Hi I am a Mormon and Im 12 years old. just wanted to say that all you guys who think were "brainwashed" and "racist" don't know what the crap your talking about. So all you retards can kiss my Mormon butt.
My great grandmother was born in Nauvoo and my family was Mormon until the time I was born. My grandmother and a few aunts and uncles still talk about a lot of the old Mormon days. I have a few Mormon friends as well.
That said, many Mormons
1) are brainwashed by the Mormon elders exacerbated by the fact that questioning the doctrines is a sin that can get you excommunicated (this is control through fear plain and simple.)
2) The Mormon religion is very hypocritical for instance you can work for a gambling facility (casino) or a bar as long as you don't gamble or drink. (So it's ok to damn others just not yourself?)
3) The church is very greedy and corrupt, if you disagree then why does the church charge so much to get married in temple? Also if Mormons are not greedy and corrupt then how do you explain that a large portion of the Nevada government is Mormon even though that's a fact they try to keep secret. (this also goes toward the hypocritical thing too.) Though Mormons are not racist (they'll take anyone who will spread their religion) that's also why they want to have way too many kids they're like Catholics that way. They share the "If god wants us to stop having kids we won't have anymore." If that were true a man could get a vasectomy a woman could get her tubes tied they could use protection and still get pregnant - that's god, everything else is just a lame excuse to justify your use of kids to convert others to your religion through marriage.
4) Speaking of kids my last gripe is the treatment of women and children like slaves. This may not apply to all Mormons and if it's not you then you are better than most in my opinion. However any religion that treats women like they are lower than men, or fathers that tell their daughters that the greatest thing they can amount to is a person who can only take care of their superior husband and raise children for him is garbage to begin with. (not to offend housewives if that is your CHOICE... Key work being CHOICE.) aside from that, many Mormon children are treated more like household slaves (especially daughters) this is just not ok in my opinion. Anyone like this list (Mormon or otherwise) should have their children taken away be imprisoned for their treatment of their wives etc... This is not an attack on Mormons, I just think you should call things what they are and be honest, this is the truth about Mormonism maybe not the upper or lower five percent but the middle 90%.
Um, hello not to knock religion but being black or white is from generations of exposure to the desert sun and not a curse from god. That is science fact not religious fiction.

Mormons happen to live across the river from me, in this fucked up ruled town called navoo. Not one person in my town likes them because they know the deep truth. They go around telling their word to mainly girls. Do you ever see a girl trying to force them into their cult of racism and lies. You never see a girl, just their young men who believe their lies. Joseph is a lie, mormons say their books of christ are "the real word of christ" its b/s! lol their dumb religeon cult is way newer then our ACCURATE christianity. they mock christianity talking about a joseph who they dont know if he lied. Its all bullshit. My roomate here at my school looked into the religeon by the impression the mormon people tryed to tell her trying to make her go to church and believe. She went to their church after i told her that they were CRAZY and she went out of curiousity. But guess what, the man talking to boy trying to force her into his religeon took her number when they met. She never heard of the religeon, but he called her for the wrong purposes. He called her constantly a night and said he didnt have a g/f ne more. she told him off. The point is that they have young missionaries to talk to people and go asides their duty to satan/god whatever. I'm a Mormon and I'm 11 years old. Now let's clarify some things here all of u people that believe Mormons r polygamists u r wrong!!! Yes Joseph smith did have multiple wives in 1890!!!! But this is 2011 so, NO we do not do that anymore. Those of u that think we aren't Christians... We are. Christian means that u believe in Christ and we do. We do not believe that Joseph smith was Christ. He only helped in recreating the church. Those of you who think we r crazy we r just as "crazy" as anybody else.

Mormons are racist, homophobic and white trash. I lived in Salt Lake Shitty for almost a decade and I can tell you first hand what kind of low lifes they are.
Grew up in Nevada, yep, very Mormon state. My parents were Mormon and I was allowed to go to school and church and that was pretty much it. My father told all his daughters that they should get a college education to "have something to fall back on". I had no intentions of falling anywhere. I hit the books, got a scholarship, declined a "mission calling"...which caused all sorts of wailing and carrying on at home. So I moved out, finished my college degree and moved far away. It took a number of years before Mormon missionaries and local Bishops quit knocking at my door. I don't dislike Mormons. I just don't subscribe to their beliefs, which I find oppressive and self-defeating. I believe that any religion's true purpose should be offering fellowship, fostering peace, and teaching mankind how to a lead good, productive, happy life.PERIOD
