Sometimes. He's not hot when he's supposed to be hot (like in Heartbreakers) but he is when he's supposed to be a loser (like in My Name Is Earl or as Brodie in the Kevin Smith movies).
A friend of mine recently told me that Jason Lee was his first mancrush before my friend realized he was gay.
